Tuesday Baseball Game Recap from Coach Easley:
What an exciting afternoon at the ball field! It was awesome to see our future baseball and softball players on the field with the team!
CJ started the hill allowing 0 runs in two innings striking out four and walking two. The bottom of the first was electric for our Owls scoring 9 runs. Ashton got us started with a leadoff double. CJ followed with a triple driving in Ashton to score our first run, CJ scored quickly on a wild pitch after. Ashton finished the game going 3-3 on the night with a triple, double and a single, a homerun shy of the cycle without the opportunity at another at bat. Noah Bowring drove in a run in the 5th inning with a single. We had to end the game a few innings early due to it getting dark quickly.
Our next game is today at 4:00PM HOME vs Gary Bobcats.
Thank you for your support, we look forward to seeing you at the ballpark.
