Dear Parents,
We wanted to inform you that an ambulance was called to the school today as a precaution for a student who had a minor injury on the playground. The student is doing well, and there is no cause for concern. We always prioritize safety and take necessary steps to ensure all students are cared for properly.
Thank you for your understanding.
Sincerely,
Robyn Derington

‼️UPDATE‼️ Thanks to Mr. Beau Alcorn for donating an entire flock of hens. WE APPRECIATE YOU! Donations of feed and scratch are still welcomed.
The Ag Mechanics classes have taken on a project that has helped them learn a variety of skills (framing, sheathing, roofing, painting and fencing) and will benefit our school in the future - a poultry farm.
They worked together and did a great job building a large, well designed coop with easy access to the egg hutches and roosts for the chickens. They fenced in a large area around our greenhouse, put up shade cloth for protection from the sun and even put up a "playground" for the future flock.
Our hope is to keep a flock of about 20 chickens for students to care for and learn from. The close proximity to the elementary playground will also be a way to introduce young students to agriculture and allow them to be part of the chickens' care.
