HB 6 requires TEA to “…prepare and provide to each school district a report identifying each law relating to school discipline that was amended or added by the 89th Legislature, Regular Session, 2025.” [Section 22, HB 6]. It further requires each district to provide the report to each student and parent or guardian.
To comply with the statutory reporting requirement, TEA has prepared a document designed for families to explain the general requirements of student discipline and laws that were recently changed.

We encourage you to come and have lunch with your student and then let them stay for a fun-filled afternoon.

Big Kahuna Fundraising packets are going home today with all elementary students! We were able to purchase two new playground pieces with last year’s BIG KAHUNA fundraising money. Let's see what we can raise funds to purchase this year! Every student made a goal to sell at least 15 items!
