They played every game with hustle, discipline, and determination to get the job done! We are so proud of the way these players have committed to the system, culture, and staying together as a group when faced with all types of adversity! This group is special and ready to face a tough district! Before that, catch them at our house in the Yantis High School Gym when we face McLeod Tuesday, December 16th for our last Pre-District Game as well as our Varsity Girls who play Boles for their second district game! JVB start at 5pm with Varsity Girls and Varsity boys to follow in that order! #GoOwls #WorkWins

December Basketball Schedule

Congrats to our Yantis ISD BBQ team, the Ash Kickers! 🔥🍗
They brought home 2nd place in the Chicken and Dutch Oven Dessert categories and will be competing at the State competition!
We’re so proud of all their hard work and amazing skills.

A huge shoutout to Chef Cruz. He did an amazing job coaching and guiding the team!

🏀 Congratulations to our Yantis Owls and Lady Owls basketball teams! We pulled off a clean sweep last night…all THREE teams came out on top! These kids fought hard and showed what heart and hustle look like. JV Boys - 26-14 Varsity Girls - 38-23 Varsity Boys - 66-59 #RAISEDSOMECANE

Yantis Elementary is a Toys for Tots collection site! Come and drop off any new unused toys through next Friday, December 12th!

And, like we’ve done in the past, we’ll celebrate with our 12 Days of Christmas dress-up fun!
We hope this will give everyone plenty of time over the break to round up all their festive wear.
